THE HUMAN RESOURCE MANAGER IS RESPONSIBLE TO THE EXECUTIVE DIRECTOR.
ROLES & RESPONSIBILITIES:
To identify and advertise position vacancy on the direction from the Executive Director.
To receive and summarize applications, facilitate interviews and advice applicants.
Conduct staff inductions.
To prepare fortnightly staff wages summary
To administer and maintain all staff records.
To assist line managers in staff appraisals.
To advice staff on all contractual and administrative matters.
To ensure correct payments and documentation is forwarded to relevant superannuation funds.
To generate fortnightly staff payment advice.
Initiate professional development for staff.
Staff welfare and coordination.
Comply to standard occupational health and safety requirements.
Attend to staff disciplinary issues.
