INFORMATION AND TECHNOLOGY MANAGER

THE I.T MANAGER IS RESPONSIBLE TO THE EXECUTIVE DIRECTOR.

ROLES & RESPONSIBILITIES:

Administer the College Server, LAN and network devices;

Provide I.T network support for users including technical support for hardware and software applications.

Manage all Communications Systems in the college.

Recommend future upgrades and software purchases.

Manage and continually upgrade all the College’s Windows drivers.

Administer desktop computers, printers, routers, switches, firewalls, phones, smartphones, software development, security updates and patches;

Design, install, and administer the college’s information systems.

Develop and maintain the college website.

Develop, maintain, and update I.T. policies and service documentation.

Apply
