The National Curriculum Principles will guide the development and implementation of Kopkop College School-Based Curriculum Development (SBCD). Kopkop College ensures that we safeguard the learning needs of our students who move from our school to another by ensuring that what we teach here is compatible with what is taught elsewhere in the country. Therefore, it is in the best interest of our students that our SBDC is generated from the National Curriculum Principles. These curriculum principles will influence what is written in the subject syllabuses and other support documents. They will also influence what teachers teach, how they teach, and how students learn and apply their learning throughout their lives.
The school curriculum is designed to uphold Papua New Guinea National Curriculum. It reflects these key elements presented in the National Curriculum Statement.
