rESPONSIBILITIES AT THE END OF AN ASSESSMENT PERIOD

At the end of each assessment period proceed as follows:

  1. Add the marks on the Subject Assessment Period Sheet (SAPS) and record in the “Total” column.
  2. Calculate the position of the student in the grade based on the total score in the assessment period and record in the POS column.
  3. Record the total score and the position in the Subject Assessment Summary Sheet (SASS).
  4.  Write the student report.

Steps of procedures to follow

iv. Calculate rank and grade
v. Record total score in SASS
vi. Fill/write report sheets and student record cards
