Closing program 2020
Dear Parents and Guardians of Primary School,
This notice serves to inform you about our School’s plan for the Closing Program or Speech Day for this year and collection of Semester 2 Student Report Card dates.
Our Primary School closing and awarding of Academic Awards will be on Tuesday the 8th December 2020. You can pick up your child’s Report Card from the College Administration Office between Wednesday 9th December and Friday 11th December 2020.
In compliance with the Pandemic Act 2020, the School has made a decision to only have Prize Getters accompanied by Two Parents or Two Guardians to come to school to receive and witness the awarding of Academic Awards on Tuesday the 8th December 2020. It will be a “Pupil’s Free Day” for our Secondary School students and the rest of the Primary School Students. Entry into the school for accompanying Parents or Guardians will be Strictly by an Entry Pass; those without this Entry Pass will not be allowed in.
Please note that Tuesday 8th December 2020 will be the Last Day of School for the Primary School Students.
