The transport fee is paid for your child’s seat on the school bus, the college does not refund sick or absent days. If your child will No longer use the transport service a formal letter has to be written to the school, this also applies to a change in residential address. If the residential address changes; a space on the bus may not be guaranteed. All refunds are done at the end of the term and incur a 10% Administration fee on the total refund amount. All refunds are made payable by cheque to the original source of payment.
pre-requistics
- All Documents MUST BE PHOTOCOPIED and ORGANISED accordingly before submission to the Main Office.
- Late applications for Examinable grades (8 & 10) WILL NOT BE ACCEPTED IN TERM 2.
- All REQUIREMENTS MUST BE MET in order for application to be APPROVED.
All school fee refunds are calculated on the date of withdrawal. A date of withdrawal will be accepted when a written notification (i.e. Letter of withdrawal) is received from the parent/guardian responsible.
School fee refunds will be paid out at the end of the term from the date of the withdrawal to; the
guardian, parent or the respective company responsible for the payment of the fees. An Administration fee of 10% of the refund amount will be deducted irrespective of the nature of the refund.
Therefore, it is important for the parent or guardian to notify the school immediately, the precise date of the child’s withdrawal from school.
Students who withdraw in Term 4 are not eligible for refund
